Hyderabad: US Consulate General is hosting a special program on June 25th, to provide a better understanding on how to get information on studies in US.
Students from the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad can find answers to their questions about studying in the United States at an information session and mock visa interview led by U.S. officials. The entry for the information session is free and open to all.
The U.S. Consulate General, Hyderabad, in association with Osmania University Center for International Programs (OUCIP), will present an information session about studying in America at OUCIP and how to apply for a student visa, June 25, 2010, from 2 to 4 p.m.
U.S. Vice Consul Greg Rankin will meet students at the recently opened Satellite Information Center (SIC) at OUCIP. SIC provides information about education in the United States.
The goal of SIC is to provide accurate and free information about the wide variety of educational institutions available to Indian students. The center offers reference material on all aspects of higher education in the U.S. University directories, instruction booklets for applying to a U.S. university and study-guides and application forms for TOEFL, GMAT, GRE and SAT tests can be accessed.
