Hyderabad, January 28: The Andhra Pradesh government opened a help line to be in touch with the families and students, who has been suffering due to closer of Tri Valley University in USA.
The state government issued a note saying that the students are their families can contact for further information about the course of action in this regard can be had from the number 040-23220603, the NRI Cell of Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Hundreds of students were stuck in USA as the University closed abruptly, leaving the students in misery.
Due to its closure majority of Indian Students have lost their academic courses and money.
Among the students majority are hailing from Andhra Pradesh. The Chief Minister Mr.N.Kiran Kumar Reddy has taken up the issue with Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India to pursue the matter with the US Government for giving the all possible assistance to the students affected by the Closure of the Tri Valley University. Further he has written to Sri S.M.Krishna, Minister for External Affairs, in this regard to render all possible assistance through the Diplomatic missions in Washington and San Francisco in the issuing of Visas to the affected Students, who approach them.
