Hyderabad: Sri Venkateswara University Tirupati issued notification for appearing Law Common Entrance Test – LAWCET 2010 for 3 year and 5-year LL.B/B.L courses.
Important Dates:
LAWCET 2010 Test Date: 10th June 2010, Thursday. 10.00 AM to 11.30 AM
Sale of LAWCET application forms to begin: 17th March 2010. Applications are available at select Andhra Bank and Axix Bank counters, Post-Offices, E-Seva Counters.
Last date for sale of applications: 30th April 2010.
Sales at Convener’s office- S.V. University, Tirupati till 31st May 2010 up to 5 PM.
Last date to submit filled in application forms without late fee: 30th April, 2010.
Last date to submit filled in application forms with late fee of Rs. 100/-: 10th May, 2010.
Last date to submit filled in application forms with late fee of Rs. 200/-: 20th May, 2010.
Last date to submit filled in application forms with late fee of Rs. 300/-: 25th May, 2010.
Last date to submit filled in application forms with late fee of Rs. 500/-: 31th May, 2010.
Cost of applications Rs. 250/-
Late should be paid through demand draft drawn in favor of Secretary, AP State Council of Higher Education, payable at Hyderabad.
Students can also download the application forms from http://www.svuniversity.in, and should be attached a DD of Rs.275/- drawn in favor of Secretary, AP State Council of Higher Education, payable at Hyderabad.

whether age restriction for joining a law course in AP,i read an news item in andhra prabha news paper 3 weeks back on sunday the bar council of india has removed age restrictions for doing law course in india please clarify.

Hi,
Educationandhra.com hosted a clarification on age limit for Lawcet issued by APSCHE. There is no age limit this time for Lawcet as per court orders and bar council of India’s intervention. There is no scope for doing Law through correspondence in AP as per our records.

As per the convener, halltickets have been posted on 31May and should reach every one in the next one or two days. If you do not receive them, please check on 08June2010 at http://www.svuniversity.in/ and download the copy of your hallticket.
