Hyderabad, 16 July 2012: Karnataka Examination Authority released CET-2012 Notification for Diploma holders for admission to 2nd year / 3rd semester Engineering courses and first year Architecture courses under Lateral Entry scheme for both day and evening Engineering colleges in the State of Karnataka.
An Entrance test will be conducted for Engineering courses admissions and No need to appear for this common entrance test those who wants admission for Architechture course. They need to apply online and must appear for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) conducted by the Council of Architecture to become eligible for admission to B.Arch. Course. (Last date to appear for NATA is 13th August 2012 and last date for submission of NATA score to KEA is 19th August 2012) .

How to apply: Through online only. No other mean or mode of application will not be accepted.
Important Dates:
Online Application Procedure Starts from: 18th July 2012.
Last date to apply: 30th July 2012
Last date to pay the fee: 1st August 2012
Last date to upload the Challan Journal details for having paid fees: 3rd August 2012
Downloading of Admission Tickets/Hall Tickets on or after: 13th August 2012
Karnataka DCET 2012 Date: 19th August 2012 (9.00 AM to 12.00 Noon) and Language Test will be on the same day (4.00 PM to 5.00 PM).
