ECET FDH 2010 Notification Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma Holders B.Sc. Mathematics students ECET FDH 2010 by JNTU

Hyderabad: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, JNTU Hyderabad issued notification for Engineering Common Entrance Test for Diploma Holders ECET FDH 2010. ECET 2010 is for Diploma (Polytechnic) and B.Sc. Mathematics graduates to join in various branches of Engineering B.Tech through lateral entry route.
Students can opt Civil, Electrical, Mechanical (including Automobile, Packaging Technology, Printing Technology & Foot Ware Technology), Computer Engineering (including Special Diploma) , Electronics and Communication, Instrumentation, Bio Technology, Pharmacy courses.
Those who get ECET rank can take:
1. Lateral admission through Common Entrance Test into 2nd year regular B.E./B.Tech. Courses in All India Council for Technical Education approved Un-Aided Private Professional Institutions.
2. Admission through Common Entrance Test into 1st year regular B.E./B.Tech. Courses in University Engineering Colleges for the seats specifically earmarked for Diploma holders.
3.For Lateral admission through Common Entrance Test into 2nd year regular B.Pharmacy Courses in both University and private un-Aided professional Institutions approved by Pharmacy Council of India, for the academic year 2010-2011 to be conducted by the JNT University Hyderabad.
IMPORTANT DATES for ECET 2010:
Commencement of sale of Applications: 22 Feb 2010.
Last date for filled in applications without late fee: 31 March 2010 5 PM.
Last date for filled in applications with late fee of Rs.500/-: 19th April 2010. 5 PM
Last Date for sale and receipt of applications with late fee of Rs.1000/-: 30th April 2010. 5 PM.
Last Date for sale and receipt of applications with late fee of Rs.5000/- (at convener office only): 15th May 2010 5 PM.
Date and Timing of Entrance Test: 24th May 2010 Monday 10 am to 1 pm.
Late fee demand draft should be drawn in favor of The Secretary, APSCHE, Hyderabad.
APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILBLE IN ANDHRA BANK BRANCHES during the bank working hours.

sir i have a small doubt regarding to this application that jntu is divided into Hyderabad, kakinada and ananthapur so the appplication address is same for every region.

Hi,
Please read the notification carefully. The Notification had been issued by JNTU HYDERABAD. Not Anatapur or Kakinada. JNTU Hyderabad is conducting ECET-FDH on behalf of APSCHE. So don’t worry about regions and send the applications to the address mentioned in the Notification.

Dear Sir,
Long time ago, there was a seperate 3 years Bachelor of Engineering/Technology availble for ECET-FDH.May I know still those courses are available or now directly join into 2nd year of regular B.E/B.TECH.

hello sir,
i completed diploma in tvs engineering.so what is the percentage will be reserved for diploma students in engineering colleges.can we get seat in the university of osmania college.

i got 211 th rank in ecet.and also i got 78% in diploma in DCME.i want to join in jntu in ananthapur. but my cast is o.c i have doubt on that.
if u dont mine!!
plz sir publish in news paper of ecet details & notification & about web counsilling quickly sir.which rank is correct for the engg.college.
plz sir reduce the fee for oc candidates also.
