US Consulate General, Hyderabad offers Pre-Departure Orientation for Students

Hyderabad:US Consulate General Office in Hyderabad has initiated a unique program to help the students, who are seeking information before going to US for their studies. The Consulate office has issued a not explaining the program. Here is the details.
Students from the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad can find answers to their questions about study and cultural aspects in the United States at a pre-departure orientation session for students planning to enter U.S. universities in the fall.
The U.S. Consulate General, Hyderabad, in association with Osmania University Center for International Programs (OUCIP), will present a pre-departure orientation for students at OUCIP, Friday, September 24, 2010, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. This is the third pre-departure orientation session organized by the U.S. Consulate General in Hyderabad.
The program will cover academic and cultural aspects of life in the United States as well as practical tips for students. Students who have been issued visas and are preparing their departure for the U.S. are encouraged to attend the program.
U.S. Vice Consul Marisa MacIsaac will meet students at the Satellite Information Center (SIC) at OUCIP.
