Hyderabad, November 1: The Online Registration for scholarships for fresh students perusing college courses for the academic year 2011-12 will begin from 2nd November to 21st November 2011. The scholarship process has been made fully online by the Social Welfare Department.
All students belonging to SC / ST with family income of less than Rs.2.00 lakh per annum & BC students belonging to BC / EBC / DW / MW with family income
of less than Rs.1.00 lakh per annum are eligible to apply for scholarships.
The Government of Andhra Pradesh is providing financial assistance to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward Class, Disabled, and Economically Backward Class students studying post matriculation courses on saturation approach to enable them to complete their education.
As per the new Online scholarships registration method, student records will be fetched from SSC or Inter Board data based based on the student registration.
