Maulana Azad National Fellowship by UGC for minority students | 2013-14 selection list Results by September

Hyderabad, 28 August 2013: University Grants Commission – UGC Maulana Azad National Fellowship for Minority students results may come out in the month of September 2013. The fellowship under Maulana Azad National Fellowship for minority students will be on the pattern of UGC Fellowships awarded to research students pursuing regular and full time M. Phil and Ph.D. courses. The selected candidates under this Fellowship will be known as Ministry of Minority Affairs scholar. The objective of the Fellowship is to provide integrated five year assistance in the form of financial aid to the students from minority communities.

Selection Process for Maulana Azad National Fellowship:
Applications received will be scrutinized, and short listed by the Commission. The decision of the Commission will be final and binding. For 2013- 14 academic year UGC is going to release the selected candidates list for Maulana Azad National Fellowship most likely in the month of September.

Financial Aid:
Selected candidates under Maulana Azad National Fellowship will get Rs.16,000/- per month for initial two years (JRF) and Rs.18,000/- a month for SRF.
