Hyderabad: Global Education Systems Management Private Limited (GEMS Education), the leading global provider of private education in K-12 segment, has partnered with the Ansal API Group, to launch GEMS International School at Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, Delhi – NCR. The school will be operated and managed by GEMS India.
GEMS International School, spread over a sprawling 5 acres of campus area, will be backed by world – class GEMS benchmark of providing multifaceted fresh approach to education. The school, a co-education day-boarding arrangement, will be equipped with all the modern infrastructure including advance science laboratories, language labs, libraries, air conditioned classrooms, ICT, swimming pool etc. and is likely to cater to 4,000 students in its full capacity.
Gems International School will follow Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Curriculum for England (CIE), thus offering a benefit of dual curriculum to its students. In addition to the rich academic programme, the school will offer a wide array of co-curricular activities, enabling its students to discover and nurture their individual potential.
Prior to this, Gems Education has collaborated with other realty developers to set up international schools in various townships which would be operated and managed by GEMS. GEMS Education has also expressed willingness to tie-up with other serious players in the market committed to transform the K-12 private education standards in the Country. GEMS vision in India includes creating an overall network of 100 schools in the next 5 years.
