GATE Scores will be valid for three years | Good News for GATE Aspirants
Hyderabad, 12 July 2014: Good news has come to GATE aspirants. Hereafter Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)’s and National Institute of Technology (NIT)’s will consider candidates GATE score validity for three years. As of now IIT’s and NIT’s are considering candidates GATE score validity up to two years only. As per this new decision, candidate’s GATE score will be valid for three years. In this while any time candidates can take admissions in IIT’s and NIT’s.
One more change has come in GATE exams. Usually GATE exams conducted from February to March of every year. As per the new resolution, GATE 2015 will be held in January and February. So, Engineering students won’t get any trouble in preparing their annual/ semester exams.
GATE 2015 online tests will held on 31st January, 7th, 8th and 14th February 2015. Online registration will be begin from 1st September 2014. Last date to apply is 1st October 2014.
