EdServe Soft System acquires School Mate

Hyderabad: Education Technology company EdServe Soft Systems today announced acquisition of Hyderabad based SchoolMate, an enterprise resource planning solutions firm mainly operating in education segment. SchoolMate offers customized ERP solutions to educational institutions, mainly schools. Currently SchoolMate have 70 Schools. The buyout deal is around 1 million dollar. Post acquisition, EdServer plans to add 100 more schools under SchoolMate , which now operating in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and few other states.
