AP CM offers 2 years relaxation in age limit for Job seekers
Hyderabad, January 1: This is a good news for jobs seekers in Andhra Pradesh. The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister announced a two year relaxation in age limit for job seekers. This is to provide opportunity to those who are missing as their age limit crossing the required age limit.
This 2 years age limit relaxation is applicable to all posts except uniform jobs like Police, Forest and excise department jobs and ex-servicemen.
At present, maximum limit is 34 years for general candidates which are now increased to 36 years.
For SC, ST,BCs age limit revised to 41 years from current 39 years. For Physically Handicapped candidates, age is now 46 years from 44 years, In Service staff from SC, ST and BC categories is to 41 from 39 year earlier and for In-service PH candidates 51 from 49 earlier.
The latest offer has come in the wake of delays caused in the recruitment in the state.
The Andhra Pradesh Government has taken up a massive recruitment across the departments and also launched Rajiv Yuva Kiranalu, a special drive offering training in various skill bundled with Job opportunities.
