Students planning for MS in US need to have 10 essential documents for applying US Universities. One has to check the list first and make sure to have it in its docket list before thinking about the applications. Unlike other Universities, USA universities are very keen on documentation and they check every minor detail of the candidates to make an admission decision. As you everybody knows, application for US Universities is also an expensive affair, one has to be very careful in preparing the documents. –10th marks memo attested by Principal/Gazette officer
–12th/Intermediate/10+2 Marks memo attested by Principal/Gazetted Officer
–Latest Transcripts of B.Tech Degree (with university sealed envelopes)
–GRE/TOEFL score cards
–WES evaluation card (must for some universities)
–Minimum of 3 Letter of Recommendation from Professors, HoD, Internship guides or company representatives. The respective envelopes should also be attested by a Gazetted officer.
–Extra Curricular activities’ certificates attested by Principal or any Gazette officer
–Experience Letters/Pay slips
–Internship letters are important for MS in US application forms. Try to get at least one.
–Apart from physical application, candidates looking for MS in US  have to submit online application forms through university official website. Make sure to use a mail ID, which is in use and monitored regularly by the student. This will avoid missing any official communication from the university and can respond as and when required.
