New Delhi, February 9: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released Common Proficiency Test (CPT)- December 2011 result on Thursday on its results website.

CPT is part of ICAI course, which enables the students to peruse the chartered accountancy as a profession. The latest results were CPT December 2011 exam results. Every year ICAI conducts CPT test twice.

Apart from ICAI CPT December 2011 Results, the chartered accountants body also released the results of the Professional Competence Examination Results, Integrated Professional Competence Examination (IPCE) Results (November 2011 Examination) and The Professional Competence Examination results today.

Hyderabad, February 7: Public Sector banking major State Bank of Hyderabad has launched a new welfare scheme SBH VIDYA as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The salient feature of the scheme is to provide assistance to underprivileged/ physically or mentally challenged students to meet their educational, medical and or personal needs.

Under the scheme SBH VIDYA, each of the 1410 branches of the Bank will adopt a student studying between VI to X standard, based on the
recommendations by School Management Committee. The nature of assistance including school fee, examination fee, study materials,
uniforms, bicycle, brailee books, table/ chairs for reading at home,
spectacles, tricycle, school projects, hospitalization expenses,
enrolling for vocational courses during summer vacation, bus pass/
auto fare, sports goods or any other item/ expenditure which is for
the benefit of the development of student. The Branch will extend an
amount of Rs.5,000/- for the above needs of the student during the
year ending March 2012. We propose to continue the support every year
till she reaches X standard. Each year we propose to adopt another
student also in the scheme.

Hyderabad, February 2: Here is an update on APTET 2012 January test from Directors office. The candidates who have appeared for APTET Examination and are desirous of obtaining the Photocopy of their OMR Answer Sheet should apply on a white paper to Director, APTET by paying an amount of RS.500/- per copy through a Demand Draft. Candidates who have appeared for both papers i.e. Paper-I and Paper-II and applying for Photocopy of OMR Answer sheets of both papers should pay Rs.1000/-.
The result of APTET Examination conducted on 08.01.2012 was declared after moderation of marks on 30th January.

The candidate should give the following information in the application – Name, Father’s / Mother’s Name, Reference ID Number, Hall Ticket Number, Computer Generated Marks Statement, Address for Communication and Mobile Telephone number.

The Demand Draft for Rs.500/- per each paper should be drawn in favour of Director, APTET, Hyderabad payable at Hyderabad. Applications may be sent in person or through post between 02.02.2012 to 08.02.2012 to the following address:
