University of Hyderabad signs an MoU with University of Alberta, Canada

Hyderabad: The University of Hyderabad (UoH) has today entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Alberta (UoA), Canada at a formal signing event at the University. The Vice-Chancellor of UoH Professor Seyed E. Hasnain and Professor Indira Samarasekera, President, UoA signed the MoU on behalf of the respective Universities in the presence of the Pro-Vice-Chancellors, the Registrar and the Deans of Schools; Ms. Marcia Lang, Chief of Staff and University Relations in the President’s Office, Mr. Kasi Rao, Senior Adviser to the President on India, and Ms. Danielle Scott, Regional Manager (Asia), International Relations and Recruitment participated in the event.
The broad areas of collaboration are exchange of faculty and students, joint research activities and publications, to hold joint seminars, to organize shot-term academic programmes.
