Intermediate exams postponed by one week, practicals, 10th exams schedule unchanged
Hyderabad: Intermediate board today decided to postpone intermediate final exams for one week, which was earlier scheduled to begin from March 3rd for the academic year 2009-10. Now the Inter exams will begin from March 10th. However, the State Government has not changed the schedule of Intermediate practical exams for science students. The Government also kept the 10th class board exams schedule unchanged. The reschedule of Inter exams was result of political unrest in Andhra Pradesh due to pro and anti Telangana statehood. Students of all regions lost nearly 30 working days due to the series of protest on the state hood issue. The postponement of exams was in response to Telangana Joint Action Committee’s request to help the students to cope up with the syllabus.
