HYDERABAD: An entrepreneur training institute has been launched for the first time in India by an IIT-IIM graduate.
Nurture Talent Academy, launched by Amit Grover, an IIT-IIM graduate, promises to provide 360 degree training and mentoring on legal, Intellectual Property Rights, capital raising and marketing planning, in Mumbai.
The startup has also announced its one-month Nurture Talent Program, a structured training program for budding entrepreneurs.
The program would provide relevant skills to entrepreneurs in the areas of finance, legal, sales and marketing, human resources and information technology. It would also help entrepreneurs prepare their business plans and pitch to investors.
“The vision is to foster entrepreneurship and help startups during the most critical phase of their company lifecycle. We aim to generate over 20,000 jobs in 3-5 years through these startups, assuming each of them create 20 jobs on an average,” said Amit Grover, Founder.
The programme would be conducted by angel investors, successful entrepreneurs and experienced professionals.
The Founder of Nurture Talent Academy, Amit is a Mechanical Engineer from IIT Delhi, batch of 2001 and did his MBA from IIM Indore. He has worked with Infosys Technologies, Asian Paints abnd Onida earlier.
